MENTAL HEALTH CARE
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Health educators teach our patients about behaviors that promote wellness. They develop and implement strategies to improve the health of our patients, encouraging patients to take greater responsibility for their health outcomes.
