Rep. Paul Ryan visits HealthNet of Rock County’s medical clinic

On September 15, 2015, Rep. Paul Ryan (WI-1) came to visit and tour HealthNet’s medical clinic, as well as the clinic’s medication room. During the tour, HealthNet discussed how the clinic dispensed almost 2.5 million dollars in medications as well as provided services over 3,000 patient visits in 2014.

After concluding the tour, Executive Director Ian Hedges said, “We want to thank Rep. Ryan for coming to visit our clinic, and seeing how HealthNet provides a much needed service to the community.” Hedges then noted, “Affordable healthcare remains a bipartisan issue, and we welcome all leaders from any political party to see how HealthNet is helping people get back on their feet in order to live prosperous lives in this community.”

Congressman Ryan lives in Janesville and has served as Representative for the First Congressional District of Wisconsin since 1999.
